The amazing feedback so far has made the decision easy to further expand the game and add more depth to the gameplay, while keeping the experience tiny but tidy.

It has been noted that the crafted Dreams don't add much in terms of gameplay. I also noticed that the game lacks features for self-expression, which are quite essential for a cozy game! Furthermore, the Dreamscape "roguelike" gameplay still has a lot of potential that I am excited to a explore. So I was thinking, can we somehow make a cozy roguelike game? 

Here's the list of ideas I had for future gameplay updates:

• Dreams unlock gameplay elements that enhance the Dreamscape gameplay
  • Bonuses that can be chosen when certain conditions are met
  • Example: Bonus exploration time, Invincibility, Bonus resources, Increased Animal Spawns, etc.
•  A personal space that can be decorated!
  • Build your own little cozy bubble with furniture found in the Dreamscapes
  • Earn daily rewards based on the coziness rating of your personal space
• Interact with other lost dreamers that visit your homestead
• If you manage to cheer up a lost dreamer, they will give you a reward for making their dream cozier

✨ Tiny Dream World will stay free!

Monetization is important and necessary for a developer to keep creating games. However, I decided to keep Tiny Dream World free, even if it releases on Steam. My current goal is to create a fun game that allows players to escape in a cozy, peaceful world full of positivity and simply have a great time. Therefore, all further monetization will stay donation-based. 🌸
